Meet Er Raff 

I identify as queer, trans non-binary (they/he), and white. I have been living, working, performing, and engaging in different communities in Vermont since 2011. I acknowledge there are multiple truths and voices to every situation, which are inextricably context dependent. I value a collaborative learning environment, and address people as whole beings. Combining this with creating a space where trust can be felt, or lack thereof to be respected and honored while holding space with curiosity and care, is my goal. I work part time and hope to be able to work with you! 

I work as a co-director of a Summer camp, and therefore take the Summers off from all clients (therapy clients, coaching clients, supervisee’s, and consultee’s) unless otherwise discussed. I work with each individual to ensure a plan for support and care during this absence. 

I offer various services to help people in different ways. Under my business Finding Ways LLC, you can engage with me as a therapy client, supervisee, or consultee.
